Not what I expected!

My existing AprilAire humidifier was old and not working. The service technician recommended replacing with a new AprilAire 700. The tech did a professional and very neat installation. However the humidity in my house did not change at all. I waited a few days and called to report no change in the humidity. The tech came out and changed the settings. Now one week later there has been no change in the humidity. I even purchased a second humidistat and placed it far from my thermostat to see if there were different readings. No such luck. So far I am very disappointed

We had a new furnace unit installed, and we are so happy to have chosen Just Right! The installation team (Trey Kirkpatrick and Semisi Latu) was wonderful, they arrived on time and were extremely professional. They went well above what might be expected, and did a bunch of cleanup of our furnace area (removing old equipment, changing some pipes, etc.) for no extra cost. The technicians were skilled as well as professional. Overall, it was a great experience!

The Service technicians, Marc Perry and Lance Trujillo arrived early on the scheduled date, which was very much appreciated, and completed the tuneup promptly. They provided a very good debriefing and answered the questions I had about the tuneup and their evaluation.
